What is the Program Design Service?

Whether aiming for fat loss, muscle gain, improved endurance, event-specific training, or overall health enhancement, our programs are thoughtfully curated to each individual to maximize results while ensuring safety and enjoyment.

Prioritizing versatility and sustainability, we offer customized programs adaptable to various environments, from home gyms to fully-equipped facilities. Flexibility is key; schedules, exercises, and intensity levels are tailored to fit seamlessly into your daily routine.

Our comprehensive approach integrates strength training and mobility work to foster a balanced lifestyle conducive to long-term success. We believe that education is empowerment. By providing clients with insights based on their movement needs in exercise mechanics, proper form, and exercise selection, we hope to facilitate informed decision-making and sustainable habits.

We offer ongoing support and periodic adjustments tailored to your needs to ensure continuous progress and adaptation, empowering you to transcend your goals and embrace your full potential.

This service is a great supplement for those already training 1:1, a more cost-effective way for those not able to make 1:1 training a regular routine, and a great option for those who prefer to do their own thing but need some guidance to maximize the benefits of the hard work they already do!

Physical Equilibrium’s program design service ultimately is crafted to assist and empower individuals on their fitness journey. We also offer many options for various budgets, so if program design does not meet your needs, we can set you up with something that does, such as Lift Club.

 

What can I expect?

  1. Fill Out the Questionnaire: Start by filling out our comprehensive form to provide us with details about your fitness goals and current level.
  2. Private Virtual Appointment (20-30 min): Meet with one of our trainers via Zoom to discuss your questionnaire and answer any follow-up questions. This appointment allows our expert trainers to delve deeper into understanding your aspirations, limitations, and preferences.
  3. Private Virtual or In-Person Training Sessions (60 minutes): Go over the exercises included in your program to ensure you feel safe and confident executing the plan.
  4. Program Finalization: Our trainers will finalize your personalized program, and you will be on your way!
  5. Virtual Check-In: Have at least one 20-30 minute virtual check-in during the 6-week program with your coach to track progress and make any necessary adjustments.

At the end of the 6-week program, you can sign up for another 6-week program without the initial fee and intake.

Personalized program design is not the same as a 1:1 online coaching relationship sold elsewhere. This product is a completely customized 6-week strength training workout program tailored to your personal strength training goals. We also offer check-in sessions to ensure you are progressing appropriately and answer any questions you may have along the way. Macro calculations or other diet advice is not offered at this time.
