Ross originally from eastern Massachusetts and a 3 sport athlete in high school (baseball, basketball and cross country), received his Bachelors of Science in kinesiology from University of Massachusetts – Amherst, which started his career in the fitness and wellness industry more than 18 years ago. More recently he pursued his Masters in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) & Acupuncture from Pacific College of Health & Science. Combining his knowledge in strength, conditioning, and mobility with traditional Chinese medicine, Ross provides a complete approach to staying healthy, performing one’s best and sustaining the results for the long term.
His acupuncture and herbal treatments are geared towards treating the patient’s symptoms as well as improving the overall function of the body. Ross can treat a range of conditions including headaches, musculoskeletal pain, gastrointestinal complaints, fatigue, insomnia and many other ailments specific to each patient.
It is Ross’ goal to bring New Yorkers a reliable way in which to live well for longer while educating them on how to take ownership of their health. In his spare time his favorite activities are multi-day backpacking and bike-packing trips and he centers his own day to day workouts on strength and conditioning with a focus on maintaining joint mobility for his own longevity in sport and his working life.
