I’ve been working with Sara for 2 years now. When we first started working together, I was starting basically from scratch, returning from injury. Since I’ve been training with Sara, I’ve finished multiple half marathons, Philadelphia’s Broad Street Run, and my first full marathon this past January! Most recently, I ran a personal best by over 15 minutes in the half marathon, all due to her guidance! As a masters runner, I’ve been able to keep achieving goal after goal without injury with Sara’s plans. Her training plans are well rounded, including plenty of cross training and strength training. She listens to me and helps tailor my program to what I need! I’m so grateful for Sara’s guidance in achieving running goals I never thought possible for myself!!

I couldn’t have completed my Ironman without Sara’s incredible guidance and support. When we first started working together, I honestly didn’t think I’d be able to pull it off. Her belief in me, paired with her detailed and structured training plans, pushed me to achieve more than I thought possible. She knew exactly when to push harder and when to focus on recovery, always tailoring everything to my specific needs. Sara’s expertise, encouragement, and unwavering dedication made all the difference, and I’m beyond grateful to have had her in my corner throughout this journey!!!

I've been working with Sara for the last few months and she has been great! I just completed the Ironman Maryland and was able to surpass my goal, qualifying for the world championships. Sara was instrumental in helping me get there. She took the time to understand my goals, create a custom plan tailored to me and was there to adjust or talk if anything changed. I highly recommend her. She also introduced to me Marisa (PT) who was very helpful in rehabbing me when I had a calf strain 3 weeks before the race. Thank you both, Sara and Marisa. Look forward to seeing what we can accomplish in the future.

Sara Dimmick and team at Physical Equilibrium are AMAZING! I ran my first marathon this past November in NYC. I had a very aggressive time goal and I am in my 40s - I wanted to accomplish my goal without getting injured. I was referred to Sara at Physical Equilibrium by another one of their clients. She became my marathon coach through the entire process.I worked with Sara over the many months of my training. I had an online schedule tailored just for me which included running plans, weights, cross training exercises. I met Sara in person monthly (at my choice) for adjustments in weights (form adjustment, etc). She was available through comments on Training Peaks (our training plan software) as well as via text, email and phone.

I hate working out. I took a 7:30am Pilates class here with Cherry the instructor and it kicked my ass and made me feel so great the rest of the day. I haven't gone back yet but I check out the schedule all the time. The staff was all so nice. I saw a few people working out with personal trainers - seems like a really safe and nurturing place. I didn't feel uncomfortable or judged like I do when I go to some other "fancy" gyms like this one. Seems like a group of people who care about their bodies, and who have fun. Oh oh also SUPER nice changing and shower facilities! Free yoga mats (don't have to rent). Also the studio was small and they said they don't ever let the classes feel crowded so I liked that too. I will definitely go back.

Have worked with Sara at PhysEq for a few years now and she has helped me achieve many different goals: Boston Qualifier, the Boston Marathon, my first two 70.3 Ironman, my first 140.6 Ironman and the New York City Marathon. These were all huge milestones for me and I believe Sara gave me the tools I needed to level up in distance running and endurance sports. Along with the training plans, she’s very responsive via text or phone with any questions I have regarding training. Through PhysEq I was connected with a great endurance dietician (Claire) and a great PT (Marisa).

I am very happy to recommend Physical Equilibrium and to share my experience of joy and relief after the classes I attended, I m very close to the due date in my pregnancy and i could never imagine that my body was able to do so many exercise , feeling powerful and in shape as my weight has not change, it has felt healthy and magical. i am very thankful to Julia the personal trainer I worked out with and to Sara who is very experienced as a trainer and as a mom so that she could lead me and explain a lot about my physical changes. both teachers have the necessary grit and enthusiasm to inspire and stimulate in order to feel pleasure with really little effort in every movement.. thank you

A truly amazing gym! My running has improved so much since I started training here. Zach in particular is the absolute best for both strength training and run coaching. 10/10 HIGHLY recommend!!

Always enjoy the strength-for-runners training sessions with Zach. He takes the time to explain how to get the best from the moves, and corrects for proper form when necessary. Highly recommend.

The trainers here are excellent and the gym is top notch and beautiful. I've been strength training with Sara Dimmick as I train for running and triathlon. This has been game changing for my overall health and race performance.
