Farrel Hakim has been training for over a decade, with a background rooted in powerlifting and hypertrophy-focused strength training. Through years of structured lifting and hands-on coaching, he developed a deep appreciation for proper mechanics, progressive overload, and long-term joint health — not just short-term results.
Alongside his training background, Farrel has spent nearly five years working in physical therapy settings, gaining firsthand experience helping individuals recover from injury, rebuild strength, and return to pain-free movement. This clinical exposure shaped his coaching philosophy and allows him to confidently bridge the gap between rehabilitation and performance-based training.
Since beginning his career as a personal trainer in 2022, Farrel has worked extensively with desk-bound professionals and corporate workers — particularly those in demanding Big Tech and office-based roles. He specializes in helping clients overcome the physical consequences of long hours sitting, chronic aches, and stalled progress in the gym, while rebuilding strong, aesthetic, and resilient physiques.
Farrel enjoys working with individuals transitioning out of physical therapy who want to safely regain confidence, strength, and physical capacity beyond basic rehab exercises. His approach emphasizes intelligent programming, movement quality, and sustainable progress tailored to each client’s history and lifestyle.
Farrel’s goal with every client is to help them move better, feel stronger, and build a body that supports aesthetics, performance, and long-term health.
