Rosaly Alexander is a senior Pilates instructor teaching for 22 years.
She received her training and certifications from the highly regarded Kane School of Core Integration.
Empathetic and intuitive, Rosaly works with clients of all ages and levels and has a sharp eye for discerning body imbalances. She combines her knowledge of biomechanics, functional anatomy and mindful movement.
She specializes in Pilates for rehabilitation, and is experienced with all ages and levels.
