I have had a great experience taking Pilates at PE with Amelia Bonvento. She is an excellent teacher with obvious understanding of Pilates and how it can be used as a tool to improve both flexibility and strength. Amelia thoughtfully plans each session so that the exercises build on the last session but are always innovative and never repetitive. Each week I feel like I am making progress in my routine and also challenging myself while enjoying the workout which is an ideal combination! In addition, the PE facilities are friendly, well run, and extremely clean which is very appreciated.
