Jennifer is a comprehensively certified Pilates instructor, group exercise teacher and a running coach. She completed her initial certification through Studio Pilates International before earning her 600-hour Comprehensive Pilates Certification through Power Pilates, where she deepened her understanding of the classical Pilates method. She also has her group exercise certification from NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) and AFAA (Athletics and Fitness Association of America).

Jennifer is passionate about helping clients build strength, improve mobility, and move with confidence. Her teaching style combines precision, encouragement, and a welcoming atmosphere, making her classes accessible to clients of all fitness levels. Whether working with beginners or experienced practitioners, she emphasizes proper technique, body awareness, and sustainable movement that supports everyday life.

With a background in fitness instruction and running, Jennifer believes movement is medicine and loves helping people discover how Pilates can enhance both athletic performance and daily function. She strives to create sessions that are challenging, supportive, and enjoyable, empowering clients to leave each class feeling stronger, taller, and more connected to their bodies. She coaches all levels of runners through the NYRR (New York Road Runners) in New York City.

Outside the studio, Jennifer is a proud girl mom who enjoys running, strength training, and continuing her education to provide the best experience for her clients.
