Always enjoy the strength-for-runners training sessions with Zach. He takes the time to explain how to get the best from the moves, and corrects for proper form when necessary. Highly recommend.

I love PE! Zach creates workouts that challenge me but are still manageable. He pushes me to try my hardest while emphasizing safety and injury prevention (so important for runners!). I have better upper body and core strength now. And I’ve been intimidated by Pilates in the past, but Amelia makes it accessible and fun! My posture has improved. I always leave PE feeling energized and excited and just the right amount of muscle soreness.
