Every athlete receives a custom training program that considers current fitness, athletic history, previous or current injuries, and future race goals. Throughout training, clients build, peak, and taper based on day-to-day performance.
We incorporate TrainingPeaks software technology to track and analyze heart rate, GPS, power meters, cadence, indoor trainers, and training terrain. We work with a select number of athletes to keep coaching highly personalized, responsive, and outcome-driven.
Coaching is only effective when it fits the athlete. We build your training plan around your current conditioning, schedule, terrain options in the Hamptons, and the realities of your body — including injury history, mobility limitations, and recovery capacity.
