As the weather warms and the East End awakens, Physical Equilibrium (PE East) is thrilled to announce the launch of our 2025 summer season in East Hampton starting Memorial Day Weekend! Whether you’re spending weekends out East or enjoying the full summer in the Hamptons, our expert team of trainers and instructors is here to keep you strong, balanced, and inspired all season long.

From private training sessions to small group fitness and wellness services, our East Hampton offerings are customized for your summer lifestyle. And this year, we’re excited to bring together a powerhouse team of instructors ready to support you with their signature approaches to fitness, performance, and holistic health.


💪 Meet Your 2025 PE East Team

Sarah Currie, MS, RD, CDN – Strength, Post Rehab & Nutrition Expert
As a registered dietitian and seasoned personal trainer, Sarah brings science-based nutrition coaching and strength training to every session. She specializes in helping clients optimize body composition and performance. Whether you’re looking to build lean muscle, lose fat, or dial in your nutrition this summer, Sarah offers a well-rounded, evidence-based approach. Her post rehab experience also helps transition clients from physical therapy back into the gym or their sport.

Sara Dimmick – Strength, Post Rehab & Triathlon/Run Coach 
Sara’s high-energy style and attention to biomechanics make her one of the most sought-after trainers on the East End. As an endurance athlete and certified triathlon coach, Sara is ideal for clients training for races or those wanting to level up their athleticism. She also offers water fitness and customized outdoor training to make the most of your summer setting. You don’t have to be an athlete to work with Sara. She brings her post rehab specialty to all clients who want to work on land or in the water!

Jonathan Urla – Pilates, Yogilates, and Strength Specialist
Jonathan’s sessions are all about graceful strength, body alignment, and mindful movement. He offers private and small-group instruction in Pilates, yoga, and the combo which he founded Yogilates®, perfect for improving posture, core stability, and total-body awareness. His teaching is both intelligent and restorative—a great complement to your active summer. He can also teach you how to lift weights too!

Jennifer DeVane-Mulhern – Corrective Exercise & Core Strength Expert
Jennifer specializes in working with clients recovering from injury, managing chronic pain or post partum. Her approach emphasizes mobility, alignment, and functional strength. She’s also known for her precise cueing and nurturing presence, making her sessions perfect for anyone looking to move better and feel better this summer.

Jessica Kanavy – Barre, Pilates, and Aqua Fitness Instructor
With a keen eye for form and a love of creative sequencing, Jessica’s barre and Pilates sessions are both challenging and fun. Expect a sculpting, low-impact workout that will leave you feeling strong, lengthened, and energized. Her training is perfect for clients who want a graceful yet effective workout in the studio, on the deck, or by or in the pool!

Petia Stoykova – Classical Pilates & Mindful Movement Specialist
Petia combines classical Pilates technique with deep body awareness to help clients build core strength, improve posture, and move with ease. Her sessions are tailored to all levels, from athletes to those recovering from injury, and emphasize precision, mobility, and long-term body balance. Whether in-studio or at your home, her calm, focused style delivers results you can feel.

Najip Gil – Performance & Athletic Conditioning Coach
Najip’s training style is dynamic and motivating, with a focus on speed, power, and agility. His sports performance background makes him a great match for teens, athletes, and clients who want to push limits and train like a pro. Expect high-energy sessions that build strength, confidence, and stamina.
