Jessica Mossa Kanavy is a dedicated movement specialist and Pilates instructor at Physical Equilibrium’s East Hampton location. With over 20 years of experience in dance and fitness, Jessica’s passion for movement began in the dance studio, where she developed a deep appreciation for strength, flexibility, and body awareness. Her background in dance naturally led her to teaching barre, Pilates, and stretch classes in the Hamptons, helping clients build long, lean muscles and improve overall mobility.

Her thirst for knowledge and commitment to continuous learning drove her to earn certifications in Pilates Mat and Reformer, allowing her to offer a well-rounded, effective approach to fitness. Whether working with clients in small group settings or one-on-one private sessions, Jessica tailors each session to individual needs, ensuring they feel stronger, more flexible, and more connected to their bodies.

Now based in Montauk with her husband and two young children, Jessica understands the importance of staying active and maintaining mobility at every stage of life. She is especially passionate about the power of stretching—a key component of injury prevention, improved posture, and better everyday function.
